| Nokia N78 - The New Candybar Nseries Device
While the N96 takes the plaudits, Nokia's N78 is probably going to be the bigger seller. With all the high spec features of the Nseries range (including assisted GPS; Carl Zeiss 3.2 megapixel lens with LED flash; and a 2GB ‘pre-fitted' memory card), but in a more traditional candy bar shape, along with an integrated FM transmitter, to pass out your music and video to a nearby radio (eg in a car). What is clear is the consistent style of the latest Nseries devices has been decided on. With a Multimedia Menu Button and NaviWheel, the physical interface started on the N81 has carried on into the N78 (and the N96), which should please software developers (and give the N-Gage developers some consistency as well). The candy bar format of the N78 is likely to go down very well in a number of territories, including America.This also appears to be the ‘basic' Nseries device which will be in the lower reaches of the price range, helping to get Nokia's ideas of the new mobility to the internet to the mass market.

No. It's not a review of the Kindle, yet. There are plenty of those already circulating the Web and I'll get to mine (better late than never). But, after missing the Amazon press conference in NYC where the members of the press were offered Kindles to take home and try, I finally was able to get one sent to me and it arrived today. So, before opening it up, my multimedia wingman Matt Conner and I decided it would be best to fire up our camera and videotape the out-of-box experience (literally, out of the box that it arrived in, via UPS). One thing you may notice: Amazon doesn't yet have a shipping box (or at least didn't use one for my unit) that's designed to fit the Kindle. I'll bet this changes. They'll probably have one that says "Kindle" all over it. The Kindle is smaller (and thinner than I imagined).

Knowing what we do about the circumstances, how exactly would you begin your prosecution of her for "insulting Islam and inciting hatred?" Among whom did she incite this hatred? Her students? In what possible way would you establish her intention to "insult Islam?" Is there some precedent regarding the naming of teddy bears? .
